When you buy a watch, it should be something you totally love. If you're not happy, then we're not happy. And we will strive to make it right.
KNOPF offers a no hassle, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or to make an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in perfect and sellable condition, unworn or unused, undamaged, with its tag, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@knopfwatches.com with the details of your request. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, so shipping will be on us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@knopfwatches.com.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at support@knopfwatches.com to let us know. Include a copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation, as well as which product you would like in exchange. We will provide a shipping label with which to return your initial purchase. Please make sure to include all of the items in the packaging (the box, certificate of authenticity, polishing cloth, tag). Also, your item must be returned in perfect condition. If it is damaged or scratched in any way, your exchange will be denied.
