DELIVERY

KNOPF offers free worldwide shipping on all products.

If you place an order before 12 PM EST, your product will ship that day. Orders received after 12 PM will ship within 24 hours. Here are the following delivery times from your shipping date:

Continental USA - Express Shipping (2-5 Days)
Hawaii and Alaska - Standard Shipping (3-7 Days)
Canada, Europe, and Australia - International Shipping (7-21 Days)

You will receive an email containing your tracking number, once your package has been shipped from our distribution center. A signature is required upon delivery for all KNOPF orders.

PRE-ORDER PROMOTION

Pre-order promotions are offered while awaiting delivery of inventory from Switzerland to our distribution facility in the US. We will offer an estimated delivery date within the shipping tab on each product page. Once received by our distribution team, the timeframes listed below under "DELIVERY" will apply.
